Terms of service

Below are the rules and terms of service of my commissions. By commissioning me, you agree with the following:• All rights of the commissioned artwork belongs to me, the artist.• The artist can use the artworks for portfolio and marketing purposes. Credits to the client will be given properly.• The client has to credit the artist if the artwork is posted in his/her/their social medias or if used in streaming.• The artist has the right to refuse the order for personal reasons or if the artist think that it is beyond their expertise.

Guidelines

• Mode of payment is Paypal only.• Please make sure that my art style fits your preference.• The client has to provide references, detail personality, ambience, and other details to smoothen the drawing process for the artist.• Once I approve your commission, I will send you an invoice and you can pay upfront or pay after I send the sketch. For Live2D & Character Sheet commissions: payment upfront is necessary.• Prices may vary depending on the complexity of the commission (may apply to additional props, accessories, items, etc.).• If the artwork will be used commercially, there will be an additional commercial fee of 20% of the original price (only applicable to illustration orders).• Major revisions (such as poses, outfit changes, etc.) can only be made at the sketch stage of the process. I will ask for a confirmation every step of the process (sketch, line art, coloring). Please let me know if you would like something changed by then.• Without a deadline provided the commission may take up to 1-4 weeks to finish after invoicing. For Live2D & Character Sheet commissions: 2-8 weeks• A full refund is only available if I have not yet started the commission within my personal deadline/requested timeframe. I will not issue any type of refund once I have started and completed your commission.

• Simple character preview (model poses & expressions)
• PNG copy of the model
• Commercial use
(This model is not yet rigged, rigging should be done by another Live2D artist separately.)Additional Parts:
